Fresh Vegetable Oil

Edible vegetable oil that is extracted from the reddish pulp of the oil palms fruit, crude palm oil is mainly used as a cooking oil but is frequently blended with coconut oil to make highly saturated vegetable fat, which is also used for cooking purposes. The crude oil undergoes a refining process to remove the impurities which affect the color, smell, and taste of the oil. The refining process consists of three steps: refining, bleaching, and deodorizing (RBD).
